B.V.Sc. (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) is 5 years undergraduate degree program in veterinary science. Candidates, who have passed their 10+2 with PCB (physics, chemistry & biology) subjects, are eligible to enroll in the course. After completing BVSc degree course candidates may practice as Veterinary Doctor.Nowadays the requirement of Veterinary practitioner is growing rapidly. Government has also specific department called animal & husbandry; time to time they release a notification for requirements of veterinary professionals. Admission to undergraduate programme leading to Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc.& A.H.) degree is done through merit list of NEET(National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) conducted by NTA-National Testing Agency for XII class Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (attaining 50% marks in these subjects overall) stream students.
