The Under Graduate Medical Admission Counsellings (UGMAC)-2026, conducted by the BCECE Board, manages admissions to MBBS, BDS, and BVSc & AH programs based on NEET (UG)-2026 scores.

  • The candidate must be a permanent resident of Bihar
  • Either the candidate or their parents should have a valid domicile certificate issued by the Bihar government.
  • Candidates whose parents are working in Bihar but are not originally from the state may also be eligible under specific conditions.

Note: Students applying for private medical colleges in Bihar under the management quota or NRI quota do not necessarily need to be Bihar residents.
